Automation Engineer

Engineering Department is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer for design of automated packaging equipment/systems for all phases of in house manufacturing – which includes: design, fabrication, and assembly.

Candidates must be familiar with PLC logic and programming for AB, Yaskawa and Siemens. HMI programming and configuration for AB, Proface and Siemens. Motion control using AB, Yaskawa and Emerson platforms.

This position also creates panel layouts, wiring schematics, bills of materials, assists with the sales department with packaging system concepts, assists the assembly department, and contributes to the development and review of supplemental instruction documents.

Field Service Technician

Service Dept. is seeking a qualified candidate with at least five (5) years experience in the packaging machine field. (Knowledge of Formost Fuji horizontal wrappers and Formost Fuji baggers a plus) Job requires assembly, installation and repair of packaging systems and equipment at various customer locations.

Strong electrical and mechanical background is required, including sound troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of PLC's, inverters and servo drives also required. Bi-Lingual Spanish skills highly desired. Extensive travel throughout the United States, Canada with occasional overseas travel - required. This candidate will be home based and relocation to our Headquarters is not required.
