GTS Bagger

Built to operate at speeds up to 90 packages per minute, or even faster, the GTS is ideal for bagging bread loaves, surgical supplies, crackers, bar soap, frozen ears of corn, and a wide range of other products. 

The GTS's innovative bag opening system provides greater tolerance to irregularities while assuring gentle product handling and tightly bagged products.

Dual Lane Bagger

Formost Fuji Corp. has designed their new GTS-4 Dual Lane horizontal bagger which features two product lanes operating simultaneously.

The machine operates at speeds up to 50 cycles per minute. If desired, the inboard product lane may be operated independently. A specially designed transfer station conveys product from the infeed conveyor into position in the two product lanes. Positive product control is achieved with specially designed paddles that move products into bags with a smooth hand-like motion to greatly reduce product damage. The machine features a specially designed 4-tray loose bag table system. During a bag table change where a table loaded with a fresh wicket of bags replaces an empty table, the machine automatically suspends product feeding to the affected lane only.

FFB Baggers

The FFB Bagger automatically bags products ranging from tortillas to textiles, and buns to hash browns. Specially designed paddles move product into the bags with a gentle hand-like motion. Our innovative bag opening system is available to provide for greater tolerance of irregularities.

The FFB bagger is compact and durable and carefully engineered for trouble-free operation. It will save maintenance costs, too. All parts are readily accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance.

FFB Variety Bagger

The FFB Variety Bagger automatically bags a wide assortment of products from tortillas, buns, hash browns, to textiles. Different infeed and discharge systems are available.

The FFB Variety Bagger can produce up to 60 packages per minute.

FFB Bread Bagger

Bread feeds directly from the flighted conveyor or a slicer into the Formost bagger. The unit can also provide one person operation for unsliced bread or products in trays.

The FFB Bagger can operate at speeds up to 90 bags per minute.
