Formost Corn System The Formost Cob Corn Feeding and Packaging System automatically meters, collates, groups and times frozen cob corn into the infeed flights of a Fuji-Formost horizontal wrapper or Formost bagger for packaging. The system matches the flow of product to the speed of the wrapper or bagger. Product is collated on the shaker table and the high-speed accumulation conveyor. Corn is aligned and separated into lanes and the accumulation conveyor accelerates the corn away from the shaker table. The grouper assembly then times the corn into the flights of the bagger or wrapper. The corn can be packaged in pre-made wicketed bags used Formost baggers or can be wrapped on a Fuji-Formost wrapper utilizing LDPE film.
